Registration – Important Details

Certificate Fee (Mandatory)
1. The Certificate Fee is a mandatory component of the registration process for all participants (Speakers, Delegates, and Poster Presenters) who wish to receive an official Certificate of Participation or Presentation.
2. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with certificate issuance, verification, and record maintenance.
3. Participants who choose not to pay the Certificate Fee may still attend and participate in the conference sessions; however, they will not receive an official participation certificate.
4. The Certificate Fee is non-refundable once processed, as it is used for administrative and certification procedures.
5. Certificates will only be issued after the full completion of the conference and verification of attendance
Abstract Review Mandatory Fee (for Speakers and Poster presenters):
1. Abstract Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for all speakers and poster presenters. It must be paid immediately after submitting your abstract.
2. Review Process: The Dermatology UCG Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members will review Your abstract, but this will only happen once the review fee has been paid.
3. Acceptance & Next Steps: If your abstract is successfully reviewed and accepted (and any requested edits are made), you'll receive an Abstract Acceptance Letter. Afterward, you can proceed with the registration process for the event.
Abstract Publication with DOI – Mandatory Fee
Mandatory for Speakers & Poster Presenters
All accepted abstracts from speakers and poster presenters must pay a DOI publication fee to be officially published and indexed.
Publication Process
After abstract acceptance, the DOI fee must be paid to initiate publication.
Abstracts will be published with a unique DOI in our partner international journals.
Publication begins only after payment confirmation.

A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is a permanent, citable link that ensures your abstract is:
Globally accessible
Indexed in major databases (Scopus, Web of Science, etc.)
Traceable and permanently archived
Post-Payment Confirmation
